"The vet confirmed the Whistle televet's suspicion—a skin infection—and sent us away with a bottle of antibiotics. In this case, Whistle's televet service saved me a lot of money in emergency vet fees."
"And it's especially useful in the age of COVID-19, when we are sheltering at home and only venturing out when absolutely necessary."

Dr. Elizabeth Shines, DVM
Currently, I have a “tripawd” miniature poodle named Leo, a German Shepherd mix named Addie, two cats, Newton and Middleton, and a pair of chickens. I enjoy tennis, hiking and biking. I've also never met a dessert I don't like and I volunteer on a weekly basis.
Dr. John Iovino, DVM
I have a passion for botany and have a collection of over 250 tropical orchids and house plants. On my days off, I spend a lot of time hiking in the Cascade Mountains and enjoying Portland, Oregon.
I have a 10 year-old terrier mix, Tracy. I also have a ball python named Leslie, a bearded dragon named Ron, two Red Foot tortoises' (Jean-Ralphio and Mona Lisa Saperstein), and an African Side Neck turtle named Anne.

Dr. Shanda Streeter, DVM
Born and raised in eastern North Carolina, Dr. Streeter moved to Raleigh in 1999 to attended veterinary school at North Carolina State University. In 2001, she moved to Holly Springs with her husband. They love the feel of a small town just outside of a metropolitan area. She, her husband, and their two sons love basketball, music, being outdoors and embracing their fears (for example, kayaking in alligator-infested water and going over swinging bridges). Her family is rounded out by her three-legged cat (Shelby) and two dogs, (Molly and Tommy Lebron), all of whom are rescues. Dr. Streeter is passionate about tending to all pets as if they were her own and enabling every pet parent to be the best pet parent possible!
